Katie previously served as Senior Marketing Director for Equity Lifestyle Properties before founding Tharakan Consulting in 2014. Throughout her career, Katie has used her energetic and intuitive marketing approach to identify opportunities, deliver effective strategies and build strong relationships in the industry.
Janice joins Tharakan Consulting from Equity Lifestyle Property where she managed the Tampa regional office for over 10 years. She ensures that the daily operation of the business runs smoothly and a clients’ needs are exceeded. Her passion for the industry comes through in everything she does.
Paige has an education in Business Marketing, Communications and a background in website design, development, and market research. She blends creativity with strategic thinking to produce impactful outcomes. Her ability to understand user needs and make data-informed decisions while staying current with industry trends helps drive customer satisfaction.
Tyla has an education in Marketing with a concentration in Sports and Entertainment Management from the University of South Florida. She offers over 5 years of experience in the Marketing Field with a diverse background in project management, client relations, and market research. She strives to make sure she is handling all of your needs in an effective and creative manner.
Breanna has a marketing background with 12+ years of experience and has worked with clients in a variety of industries. She is a self-proclaimed geek when it comes to all things digital, specializing in PPC, SEO, content writing, and social media.
With over 20 years of expertise in communications, Clint is well versed in developing and executing broad-reaching campaigns which are certain to gain the exposure your brand truly deserves. Prior to joining the Tharakan Consulting team in 2014, Clint spent several years as Senior Vice President of 5W Public Relations, a leading PR agency based in New York. Before that, he was Director of Corporate Communications for Marc Ecko Enterprises, a $1.5 billion apparel and youth lifestyle company.
Jenna joined the team in 2021. She graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a degree in Fine Arts. Jenna ambitious and passionate about everything creative. and loves helping our clients develop or reimagine their brand image.
Rebekah is excited to bring her graphic design prowess and pension for creative problem solving to the team. Her experience in marketing and design across multiple industries has taught her demographic targeting and ingenuity. All of this supports her passion for helping clients connect to their audiences in effective and creative ways.
